CADC-R

I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology while continuing my education in addiction counseling and behavioral health. My long-term goal is to earn a master’s degree in counseling.

I take a client-centered, collaborative, and practical approach to recovery. I use motivational interviewing, supportive reflection, active listening, and strengths-based problem-solving to help clients identify their goals, recognize behavioral patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and create recovery plans that fit their lives. I believe meaningful change is more likely when people feel heard, respected, accountable, and supported. I strive to provide a calm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak honestly about both their progress and their challenges.

Outside of work, I recently moved from Phoenix, Arizona, to Bend, Oregon, and enjoy hiking and exploring Central Oregon. I also enjoy reading about history and psychology, strength training, gaming, and spending time with my partner and our dogs.
