All individuals seeking DUII services will be assessed, and findings from your assessment will determine recommendation for treatment. In accordance with your assigned counselor a treatment plan will be developed that will outline your responsabilities to stay in compliance with your treatment.
DUII Groups
The DUII Group is an informational group and is required
by the State of Oregon for DUII information or treatment
completion. It is not covered by OHP or other insurance
companies.
It is the client’s responsibility to pay this fee prior to
being discharged.We offer morning and evening groups to
accommodate different needs. Please contact our office if you would like more details regarding the times of our different groups.
Urinalysis Test
Processing of urinalysis tests are NOT included in DUII fees.
Client will be asked to provide random UAs throughout
treatment. Nepenthe will bill client/insurance directly.
Most insurances will pay for Alcohol and Drug Treatment
and NPFS will bill your insurance accordingly.
DUII Minimum Requirements
- ADSS Referral
- 12 hours DUII Education
- Random UAs
- Abstinence for 90 days, evidenced by negative UAs (level of care will be raised if positive UA)
- Individual sessions with counselor
- Victim Impact Panel
- Account balance paid in full before completion of treatment
