CADC-R, QMHA-R
Crystal earned her CADC-R certification in 2024 and holds a QMHA-R certificate,
qualifying her to work with individuals on mental health aspects. Crystal aims to attend
Portland State University’s School of Social Work, focusing on Child, Youth, and Family
Studies.
Crystal’s experience at J Bar J Boys Ranch, and Deschutes Juvenile Detention Center
has provided her with comprehensive experience and a unique skill set in working with
youth. Crystal serves as a National Gang Specialist and is affiliated with the Gang
Management division of the Oregon Youth Authority.
