Erika uses Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples. This approach draws from attachment theory and neuroscience to help couples deepen intimacy, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections. Erika’s goal is to help couples cultivate a secure attachment, enabling them to navigate challenges collaboratively.
