MCoun, Professional Counselor Associate, CADC-R
Natosha started at NPFS in January 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in human development and family sciences from Oregon State University-Cascades and a master’s in clinical mental health from Capella University. She is passionate about co-occurring disorders and strives to help others through their journey of finding themselves once again. “I firmly believe that with the proper support and guidance, everyone has the potential to achieve an optimum state of health and well-being. In my practice, I utilize a comprehensive and diverse approach that takes into account various factors, with a particular focus on cognitive-behavioral aspects. This approach allows me to address each individual’s unique needs and challenges, empowering them to make positive and sustainable changes to improve their overall health”.
In her spare time, Natosha enjoys spending time with her husband Brent of 30 years, her grown children, and her grandkids. Her favorite place of self-care takes place yearly on a cruise ship in the Caribbean, “don’t be shocked if it becomes my retirement home.” Other activities she enjoys are overlanding in her 1999 XJ, camping, visiting hot springs, bull riding events, and live theater.
